Our client is a leading organisation in the global PC market and is looking for an experienced administrator to work in the Reimbursement dept

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Processing ASP reimbursement claims as well as supplier invoices and payments
- Reconciling monthly ASP accounts and presenting to Senior Management
- Forecast costing by analysing invoices/expenses and budgets
- Processing purchasing orders and credit requests from Service Partners
- Resolving accounting issues and discrepancies
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills and competencies needed to be successful at this role:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - in particular, Excel and Word
- High proficiency in the use of PC as a business tool, with advanced data entry and numeracy skills
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Task-focused, with high attention to detail and time management skills
- Ideally, you will have 3 -5 years' experience in a similar environment/role
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible working style and deal with constant changes in a dynamic, fast moving business environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment and with minimum supervision
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions, including when it is necessary to escalate
- In-depth understanding of the basic make up of a computer.
- Previous experience in the IT industry would be an advantage (but not essential)
