Casual ongoing position - Homebush Location - Competitive Pay Rate Our client is a leading organisation in the global PC market and is looking for an experienced administrator to work in the Reimbursement dept Key responsibilities for this position include: - Processing ASP reimbursement claims as well as supplier invoices and payments - Reconciling monthly ASP accounts and presenting to Senior Management - Forecast costing by analysing invoices/expenses and budgets - Processing purchasing orders and credit requests from Service Partners - Resolving accounting issues and discrepancies - Other administrative duties as assigned Skills and competencies needed to be successful at this role: - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - in particular, Excel and Word - High proficiency in the use of PC as a business tool, with advanced data entry and numeracy skills - Willingness to learn and take on challenges - Task-focused, with high attention to detail and time management skills - Ideally, you will have 3 -5 years' experience in a similar environment/role - Ability to demonstrate a flexible working style and deal with constant changes in a dynamic, fast moving business environment - Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment and with minimum supervision - Ability to make timely and effective decisions, including when it is necessary to escalate - In-depth understanding of the basic make up of a computer. - Previous experience in the IT industry would be an advantage (but not essential) If you have the experienced required along with checkable work references and click the "APPLY NOW" button and send your resume. **PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
