Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking to employ a **Medical Reports Team Member **to join a dynamic and culture driven environment.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring high quality & timely medical reporting service to the doctors for the procedures/tests performed on their patients.
- Effective liaising with reporting specialists, ensuring timely & accurate reports for Cardiac (Echos, ECGs, BP/Holter monitors), Sleep (Sleep Studies) & Respiratory (Lung Function Tests) diagnostic tests,
- Compiling and finalizing medical reports for sending out to medical practitioners, as necessary.
- Taking incoming report request calls
- Ensuring all relevant databases are up to date & reliable.
- Potential to be responsible for managing the entire medical reporting process of the company, ensuring all reports staff perform their assigned tasks efficiently and accurately and giving them appropriate feedback in their performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a Science graduate/undergraduate with excellent IT skills and knowledge of medical terminology, and who possess a strong work ethic, commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Proven work experience as a Medical Administrator, Medical Reports Supervisor, or other similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Ability to deal with people - having maturity, integrity, compassion and empathy.
- Ability to maintain a high level of diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wheelers Hill, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
