Are you an experienced leader in the hospitality or tourism industry with a passion for adventure and creating unforgettable guest experiences? SkyPoint is ready to take the Climb team to new heights with a dynamic and enthusiastic Supervisor.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and safe operation of the SkyPoint Climb, leading by example to deliver exceptional service while upholding the highest safety standards. Your leadership will foster a high-performance team culture, and you will support management in achieving operational excellence and financial success through effective training, rostering, and team development.
This is a hands-on role where you will spend the majority of your time leading climbs and engaging directly with guests, while also having dedicated time for planning, admin tasks, and supporting your team behind the scenes.

**Your new day-to-day**:

- Oversee and deliver daily climb operations, ensuring guest experience and safety are top priorities.
- Lead, coach, and support the climb team to foster a positive team culture.
- Conduct ongoing training and performance reviews to uphold safety and service excellence.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage PPE and climbing equipment in line with safety regulations.
- Monitor retail offerings, stock levels, and sales performance.
- Assist in recruitment, rostering, and workforce planning.
- Support your team of Climb Leaders and Climb Team Leaders doing their thing

**To be successful, you should have**:

- Experience in team leadership and supervision.
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and company procedure.
- Ability to navigate people matters with empathy and confidence.
- Comfortable working at heights as our Climb is taking you to 270m high.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification & Queensland Working at Heights Certification or be willing to obtain qualification prior to commencement.
