In this role, located at Patrick Bugden VC Gardens Suffolk Park 2481, be part of the team that plans and implements meaningful activities and excursions ,for our 66 residents (including a 15 bed secure dementia specific unit).- Monday to Sunday Shift opportunities; Part Time or Full Time role, depending on your availability_
- Get to use your creative skills everyday to provide residents with quality care and actively support them to maintain their overall health, well-being and independence. Today, it could be painting, tomorrow vintage car rides and next week bakingthe possibilities are endless- About You
- Be part of an effective and dedicated team whose purpose is enriching the lives of our residents through lifestyle programs.
- You will be the sort of person who is open to expressing themselves, who is warm and friendly with the ability to motivate others in a safe and inclusive space. You will have excellent communication skills and a creative way of thinking to make each day just as purposeful as the last.

Desirables- A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy with older people-
- Cert IV in Leisure and Health (or willingness to work towards - RSL LifeCare can support your studies financially)-
- Current Frist Aid and CPR certificate desirable-
- Experience in caring for the elderly in a residential aged care setting-
- Up to date Vaccinations essential, Flu + COVID- We offer you
