**What’s the role?**

Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) are seeking an Associate to join their Debt Products Team based in Sydney.

In this position, you’ll have primary focus on the development and implementation of strategic and continuous improvement initiatives to support the medium and long term vision of the Lending, Trade, Asset Finance and Structured Finance businesses.

You’ll have responsibility for the provision of Subject Matter Expertise into Group, WIB and CIB-wide projects, as well as driving the prioritisation and delivery of projects core to the CIB Debt Products team.

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the front-line banking space preferred or have a working knowledge of Lending products.
- Project implementation and agile experience, as well as exposure to business requirements and procedure documentation.
- Knowledge of the Trade Finance and Loan product sets globally would be an advantage.
- A proactive mindset and analytical thinking skills with experience in tackling and simplifying complexity.
- Ability to multi-task, retaining tension on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Tertiary qualification in Commerce or a relevant field of study.
