- The Store Manager, Full time Sales Assistants and Casual Sales Assistants are responsible for cultivating a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business’ strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.Each of Ally Fashion team members will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make every day a brighter day as a teamWith the focus on improving the in-store experience, your duties are to ensure consistent provision of expert and unparalleled service, constant developing of strong product knowledge to assist and train the team, maintenance of the store well-being including managing stock levels, high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines and ownership of health and safety in store.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with, and understanding the customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining other in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.- You will also be assisting your Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management, and have the experience in recruiting and attracting the right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into leader’s role and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.- Other managerial assisting duties include preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management, and have the experience in recruiting and attracting right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into leader’s role.- **AMAZING customer experience** to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers, and recognizing the loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

To be successful in this role you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion in mentoring others
- You will be
- **flexible to work rotational weekend roster** including late night trade, have a solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion) and be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills and are ambitious to accelerate your career as well as are not afraid to take on your next challenge.
