**Warehouse Manager** that will spearhead those values throughout the rest of the business.

You will oversee the Mon-Fri 7am-3pm operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will be leading a team of 20 staff members with four team leaders working under you. You have the opportunity to undertake two hours of overtime from Monday to Thursday if you choose.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, with the ability to delegate to your team leaders
- Be comfortable with LEAN efficiencies and be able to identify processes that can be further streamlined
- Safety inductions and reporting inclusive of tool box talks
- Be hands on when necessary with FL license and High Reach experience
- Manage all facets of the warehouse from staffing, to training with an ownership mindset
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of family within the organization.
- Performing 1:1s with all staff from casuals to team leaders

**Your qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role or similar position, preferably within an independently owned business
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine ownership and growth mindset
