Are you a logistics professional with experience in managing export and transportation operations? Due to expansion into the New Zealand market, an opportunity has become available for a skilled _**Export & Transport Coordinator**_ to join a dynamic team in Rydalmere.

Joining a leading provider of electrical solutions, you will ensure the seamless execution of daily customs and transport while maintaining compliance with internal policies and international regulations.

**About the role**:

- Permanent - 9am-5pm
- Newly created role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute daily transport and customs operations efficiently
- Handle home-country customs clearance and periodic processing
- Monitor the Export Control System (ECS) and follow up with forwarders as needed
- Act as the primary contact for all customs-related inquiries
- Organize international transport and prepare necessary export documentation
- Respond to internal requests, including quotations, deadlines, and transport insurance matters
- Adhere to and enforce transport constraints and regulations

**The successful applicant**:

- Min 2 years experience in managing export operations and customs clearance between ANZ
- Familiarity with export documentation, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and resolve issues
- Computer literate with experience in export control systems (ECS) & logistics software
- Full working rights - must be available Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
