This high growth ASX listed funds management group has investments in a wide range of asset classes and focuses on unlocking value to deliver great returns. Constantly in acquisition mode, they are always engaging in new deals and entering new markets. Recruiting high quality individuals is a core strategic driver, and their finance team is filled with smart, motivated people who love coming to work.

Based in the Group Finance team, you will focus on FP&A activities including:

- Group consolidated management and board reporting
- Analysis to support decision making
- Business partnering to senior management and executives across the organisation
- Creation of annual group budget
- Support for the long term 3 year strategic planning process
- Ownership of monthly reforecasting
- Presentations of financial insights and plans

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience at Senior FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager level within another large complex organisation, ideally with exposure at group level. Excellent analytical skills, strong business partnering abilities, a professional approach, and high level of motivation are all key.
