Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga.

We are on a strong growth trajectory, and due to growth, an exciting leadership opportunity is present at our Camberwell clinic for an experienced Administration Team Leader.

**What will you be doing?**

This role reports to the Administration Manager and will be working closely with the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist and Clinical Leads, in this hands-on role you will:

- Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow
- Manage billing, banking, and Medicare related activities
- Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members
- Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning
- Utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies to deliver patient excellence

**What are we looking for?**

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Previous radiology experience and knowledge of the patient workflow and supporting administration processes, policies, and Medicare billing
- The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience in motivating and mentoring a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex situations to achieve good outcomes
- A keen eye for details and passion for process-driven continuous improvement
- Previous experience within a private Radiology setting (highly regarded)
