**Why join us as a Barista Trainer?**

Your role is to provide high quality, professional barista/coffee training and support for key accounts and café customers, in metro and regional areas of Australia.** **You’ll join a team of people passionate about all thing’s coffee, you'll create meaningful relationships with both your customers and colleagues. An addition to this, you’ll be continuously learning, keeping up with the latest industry trends and regulation as well as striving for excellence.

Based in the Brisbane Metro region this is a full-time Monday to Friday position. As true to any trainer role, this means traveling regionally every 4-6 weeks. You will have a company vehicle as part of your package, and equally will need the flexibility to accommodate travel.

We are looking for a coffee enthusiast who is eager to share their barista skills and knowledge with our coffee network. You’ll be a team player who equally values autonomy as you manage your time out on the roads. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to continually enhance your coffee knowledge and to join a company that values tomorrow.

We’re open to speaking to anyone from café management, head barista or training roles who can engage and support a range of learners.
