We are a vibrant wholefoods café nestled in the West End of Fremantle, renowned for our exceptional coffee, delectable dishes, and warm atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as full-time Café Manager.
**Role Overview**:
- Oversee a group of committed waiters and baristas to provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, such as quality control, inventory control, cash management, hiring of staff and personnel scheduling.
- Encourage an environment at work that is supportive of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience in a café or restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to uplift and encourage a diverse team.
