The Opportunity
Concierge Balwyn Retirement Living is a welcoming community superbly positioned in one of Melbourne’s most liveable and leafy suburbs - Balwyn. Joining the team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll enjoy working in a small yet friendly hospitality environment to prepare and deliver high-quality meals and service to the residents. You'll be a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service, and enjoy supporting the residents whilst providing a happy social environment. This is a permanent part-time position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4.30pm-7.45pm. Enjoy afternoon penalty rates and the ability to work across neighbouring villages.

You will
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to residents throughout dinner service
- Assist in the light preparation and cooking of meals in the kitchen
- Complete setup and packup of dinner service
- Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (which will include general cleaning and washing up)
- Be a friendly face to all residents

What you'll bring
- A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents
- Experience in a hospitality, kitchen, restaurant or customer service environment (highly regarded)
- Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you)
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
