**Your new role**
Due to project growth this client is looking to bring a General Foreman/ Structural Foreman on board to assist in leading the team and project while supporting and reporting to the Site Manager. The apartment development will consist of multiple towers and levels. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall general duties within this role which includes but not limited to: Management of the trades, ensure tasks are completed according to scope and design, coordinate and manage subcontractors, assist and support the Site Manager, assist with the programme, management of safety and quality from start to completion/ hand-over.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a General Foreman/ Structural Foreman in the delivery of multi-level high-end apartments
- Trade or tertiary qualification relating to construction or relevant industry related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of building regulations, WH&S regulations as well as quality assurance systems
- Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
