**About the role at Canva**

The People Central Lead is responsible for the leadership and direction of the People Central team as we grow rapidly over the coming years. We are expecting massive growth of the Canva team globally and will need to scale up our operations including expanding the breadth (new markets and geos) and depth of services (new capabilities) as this function becomes increasingly streamlined and automated as the engine that powers the entire People team.

**Responsibilities**
- Operations Enablement - Recommend and implement improvements to processes or systems that enable teams to achieve their goals
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- People and Culture Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
