This is your chance to join our team at Caifu Property, we have a customer service position available, within a small team environment. We are looking for an experienced inbound customer service agent from the financial services industry (ideally with investment property experience)

**Culture / Location**

We have a friendly team environment. We don’t want a high turnover we want reliability, we are focused on ensuring that our staff feel valued within our team and they are given what they need to succeed.

We offer regular team building activities and the opportunity to grow within the business. This is not a monotonous role that makes you feel like you’re living in Groundhog Day.

We are in Southport with plenty of parking around.

Must have
- A warm & professional phone manner with the ability to engage potential customers quickly
- Understand how to qualify a customers needs and ensure that qualification questions are met before booking an appointment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with GMail & setting calendar appointments (or similar)
- Experience in the financial services sector or property sector.
- Self-motivated and results orientated, to make the most of the opportunity for financial reward.
