This well-established international freight forwarder is seeking a Junior Warehouse Operations and Administration Assistant to assist in the daily operational duties within the Transport & Warehouse administration team.
**Prior experience desired however training will be provided.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders
- Data entry & record maintenance
- Warehouse order management
- Inventory coordination and reporting
- Stocktake & Cycle Counting
- Booking transport
- Developing relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff

**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior Warehouse Admin / Operations experience is advantageous
- Cargowise and or WMS systems experience desired but not essential
- Attention to detail with ability to organise, prioritise and follow through
- High level of commitment, integrity and dependability
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Willingness to learn to fill any associated knowledge gaps
