Our prestigious client is managing an impeccable presented private state in the heart of Toorak in Melbourne, and is seeking a meticulous and proactive couple with experience in housekeeping and maintenance?

**Couples Overview**:
As a live-in housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable presentation of the estate. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning duties, basic kitchen preparation, laundry services, and overall housekeeping tasks.

The maintenance person will be either a versatile handyman or a trade-qualified professional capable of handling both interior and exterior facilities with expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure the estate remains immaculate.
- Basic kitchen preparation and upkeep cleanliness.
- Laundry services to maintain the highest.
- Grocery shopping.
- Interior and exterior maintenance of facilities to preserve the property's pristine condition.
- Address any repairs or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Looking after the fleet of vehicles.
- Reporting the house manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance roles.**:

- **Ability to handle general cleaning duties with attention to detail.**:

- **Versatility in basic kitchen preparation and laundry services.**:

- **Handyman skills or trade qualifications for maintenance tasks.**:

- **Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.**:

- **Flexibility to work Thursdays to Mondays.**
