**About the role**

Based at Calvary Health Care Kogarah to provide a safe and efficient transport service for clients of to and from the Day Rehabilitation Unit. The bus driver is required to drive a transport vehicle of less than 4.5 Tonne Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) with a maximum of 12 seats.

Assisting with the delivery of high-quality care to clients within Day Rehabilitation Unit (DRU). Work independently and within the multidisciplinary team.

Undertake other transport duties and other delegated tasks as directed by the DRU Team Leader.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Performs duties within a reasonable time frame without compromising patient care.
- Ensure DRU Bus Daily Checklist Forms (as per the bus folder) and transport log are completed & submitted to the Manager overseeing transport services for action and/or record keeping.
- Drive clients to/from Day Rehabilitation Unit safely and efficiently.

**About you**
- Current unrestricted NSW Class C driver license
- Proven experience conducting manual handling skills
- Safe driving record
- Current First Aid Certificate
