Work with Engineers & support customers / stakeholders, Ryde-North West Sydney.
- Design and drafting of pipework, roofing, stairs, walkways, platforms & more.
- $50 to 55 PAYG to $60 $65 PTY per hour, North Sydney, depending on experience.

**The Client**:
An engineering company that designs and manufactures industrial equipment for the mining and aggregates industries.

Looking for 2 x Designers / Draftspersons with a multiskilled Design background, this work will be 70% structural design and 30% mechanical, those that have designed across various disciplines will be favored. A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working directly with engineering, sales staff, and customers to produce Structural Drafts and Designs with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Concept designs and drafts from beginning through to build.
- Structural Steel fabrication and support structure designs, both new design and updating existing drafts (pipework, roofing, stairs, walkways, platforms).
- Design and drafting of tanks, belt filters, bins, and much more.
- Produce bills of materials from sketches created.
- Data management and system admin.

**To be a successful fit for this full-time/permanent role, you will have**:

- Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience with Solidworks.
- 5 years plus relevant experience, must be able to work with mínimal engineering/management input.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards AS4100 would be a bonus.
