**About the role**:
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on person with experience repairing and assembling furniture, to become a vital part of a successful company. The focus of this role is to attend to service calls across WA to repair furniture while providing a high level of customer service. This is a full-time permanent position (7 am - 3 pm) with occasional Saturday work in order to meet customer availability. A company vehicle is provided which needs to be returned at the end of each day.
***In your role you will be responsible for**:
- Attend to customer's homes to inspect and repair furniture
- Ensure repairs meet the required quality standard and are free from defect
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Report the outcomes of the service calls
**To achieve success in this role you will need**:
- A background in furniture and upholstery repair, experience in fixing recliners, re-stitching, and frame reinforcement is an advantage
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- To be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail that is able to work with mínimal supervision
