Dental Assistant/receptionist

**Full Job Description**

We are urgently seeking a dental assistant to join our busy dental practice in the inner north suburb of Canberra.
- **No experience required**, but preferred.
- **12 month commitment required**.
- part-time/casual shifts available with flexible days and hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Chair-side assisting
- Charting and record-taking
- Sterilisation of dental equipment
- Reception duties
- Assist with other administration and overall cleanliness of the practice

The ability to be highly-organised and to multitask quickly with attention to detail will be valuable assets. The successful applicant should have a high standard of personal presentation and be patient-focused, valuing the importance of customer service. A friendly, caring and professional approach, the ability to share the role amicably with co-workers and to perform well within a team environment are also essential.

**Salary**: $22.65 - $34.29 per hour
