**About you**
In this entrepreneurial role you will be supported by a very experienced team with almost 100 years credit and lending expertise. With the Owner Manager’s extensive lending background, you will benefit from mentoring and coaching. Application processing support is also available for a Lender.

- 5+ Years’ experience in either business or residential lending
- Initiative and a problem solving spirit
- Strong connection to the local, or an existing, community
- Ability to acquire new customers and business referrals
