We’re looking for casual Disability Support Workers to join our cluster of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. Locations include:

- Campbelltown
- Eaglevale
- Mt Annan

** This role is best suited to versatile Support Workers who**:

- Proudly promote choice and control and show eagerness to participate in our clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Are comfortable adhering too BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers.
- Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person-centred support in complex or physically demanding environments.
- Thrive in**encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation.
- Are highly competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing

**_ We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work AM/PM and sleepover shifts._**

** Some of our requirements**:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), active nights (10pm-6am) and SO shifts.

** Please note**: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required.
