At present, we are seeking a motivated individual to perform Kitchen Hand/General Cleaning duties on a **casual** basis.

Hours will vary week by week.

Rates:
$29.42 (Monday - Friday)

$35.30 (Saturday)

$41.18 (Sunday)

**Your duties in this role will include**:

- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assisting the Chefs with basic food preparation & Operational duties when required
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly to avoid cross-contamination
- Adhering to Food Safety Standards

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Be reliable
- Have the ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Work with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Be presented neat and tidy
- Be available to work rotating shift over lunch and dinner service, late nights, weekends and public holidays (must be available Friday & Saturday nights)
- Have experience working in functions
- Be able to maintain physical and fast-paced work
- Have effective time management
