**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Contractor Lifecycle Lead to work within our Finance Division.

Reporting to the Asset Improvement Manager, you will collaborate across diverse networks to drive performance, compliance and value across the contract lifecycle for facilities maintenance and minor capital works projects.

**Your Key Focus**
- Deliver commercial outcomes and driving value for money through a strategic contracting approach and effective contractor relationship management
- Collaborate to build compliant and efficient contract management capability across the Asset function and more broadly across Scope
- Negotiate, manage and/ or govern contractor relationship to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and policy requirements - including NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements
- Engage, navigate and harness diverse stakeholder networks to develop, coordinate and/or implement Contract Management Plans (CMP).

**What We Look For**
- Proven experience in contract and contractor management, including performance tracking and procurement processes
- Considerable experience consulting, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Experience leading, coaching, training and developing others
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, analysis, management and mitigation strategies within procurement and/ or contractor management contracts
- Experience within the Community and/ or Disability sector will be advantageous
