We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic support workers to join our team. We currently have positions available in Cleveland and Woodridge.

We are on the lookout for a go-getter support worker who has previous experience in physical disabilities and mental health.

The Participants we are supporting require a support worker to follow a scheduled routine and be able to work well in a team environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Professional experience supporting someone with a disability and complex behaviours.
- An understanding of the disability sector and person-centred support.
- Strong communication skills, and a therapeutic approach.
- Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to the organisation.
- Comfortable with personal care.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities.
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance).
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists.
- Transportation and social engagement.
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning.
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support.
- Following Behaviour Management Plans.
- Promote and empower participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
- Completing documentation and case notes.
