We are looking for an experience Civil Technical Principal to lead a team across urban, greenfield and flood. You will contribute to the leadership of a talented team of passionate engineers and be supported by a diverse group of professionals across our civil and structural groups. **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, CPEng and RPEQ registered
- Experience with at least 5 years recently in Australia (and a minimum 15 years in total)
- Currently working in a Principal role, or an Associate / Senior Engineer ready to step-up into this role
- Experience in interacting with clients and project teams
- Strong technical skills, from first principles to using software
- Advanced ability to interpret the requirements of Australian standards
- A network of clients who have been satisfied with your approach to civil consultancy
- Proven track record of coordinating teams, designs and projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to convey information accurately
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
