Springvale South, Australia Musical Avenue School of Music Full time

Musical Avenue is seeking a passionate piano teacher to join its growing music school in Springvale South

This is an ongoing position starting as soon as possible for 2 to 3 days per week. Our school opening hours are 4:00pm-8:15pm Tuesday-Friday and 1:15pm-6:00pm Saturdays. The successful applicant/s will be required to teach a range of piano students from beginner to advanced and possess the following attributes:

- Reliable, professional, and committed
- Demonstrate initiative and an eagerness to learn
- Able to adapt teaching to students’ learning interest and style
- Ability to prepare students for AMEB exams (support provided)
- Ability to prepare weekly lesson plans, video lessons, and write student progress reports (support provided)
- Hold or currently studying for a Bachelor of Music
- Current Working With Children Check or VIT registration
