**The Service**
At KU Rydalmere, we offer a **play-based learning program **designed to ignite and foster children’s love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment. Our service is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm, and provides 25 places.
We believe in living in harmony with our ecosystem. Our program integrates activities such as observing local wildlife, gardening, exploring our environment, and using natural materials in outdoor play. These experiences instill a deep respect for nature in children, carrying forward into adulthood.
Situated just off Victoria Road, KU Rydalmere is easily accessible via multiple bus routes and offers nearby residential parking.
Our center is a warm and welcoming space where children are immersed in a rich tapestry of interactive and educational experiences. We support each child in developing their unique self, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
**The Role**
KU Rydalmere are looking for an experienced, motivated, inspiring diploma qualified educator to work 8am-4pm Monday-Friday on a permanent basis. you will accrue a monthly rostered day off and have access to an abundance of free professional learning.

**Of course, you will need**:
- Australian working rights
- A current Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Diploma
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
- Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
