**Your Opportunity**
- Prepare ISQM reporting including leadership team financial goal sheets, ISQM statements and performance outcomes
- Prepare, distribute and assist in review and analysis of weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports
- Assist in drafting and collating materials for monthly and quarterly meetings and presentations
- Assist the COO, Financial Manager and Resource Manager to co-ordinate and complete the annual budget process by participating in planning, consolidating results and performing analysis on completed engagement budgets
- Participate in ad hoc projects targeted at improving operational performance of the group.
- Assist in investigating and reporting on deviations from budget in weekly results
- Assisting teams with any financial queries received on job codes, or extracting and analysing data out of SAP
- Perform operational support to our client facing team

**How are you Extraordinary?**
- Experience within a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Proactively undertake tasks and resolves issues
- Strong project management skills
- Quality and compliance focused
- Ability to manipulate data via advanced excel methods such as lookups, pivot tables etc.
- Exposure to drafting reports, ability to write concise, clear English
- Understanding of accounting concepts to a strong level
- A working knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Embrace change and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Group performance
