Accounts Payable Officer required for temporary opportunity, working for a leading business based in Kings Park.

Role: Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Kings Park

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri

**Key accountabilities will include but not limited to**:

- Inputting supplier invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Setting up new suppliers
- Multi-currency batch payment preparation
- Work closely with all departments to resolve invoice queries
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Processing supplier payment
- Managing internal and external queries professionally and resolving in a timely manner

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Strong Knowledge and experience of SAP is **essential**:

- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Capable of accurately processing high volumes of invoices
- Good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills are essential
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and deal with issues.
