**What You Will Be Doing**

This role will provide professional governance and clinical leadership to social work staff within Community Health, (specifically to the Family Violence Program) in which to provide excellent clinical care to patients. The role will provide direct clinical supervision for Grade 3 Social Workers and social work staff (Grade 1/ 2 and students as required). As clinical leader, this role will develop and evaluate innovative social work practices to meet the needs of Community Health patients with a particular focus on delivering a high level of expertise to the Family Violence Program within Peninsula Health.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Tertiary Qualification in Social Work.
- Experience at a senior clinical level (min. 7 years)/ experience in leading health care professionals.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and demonstrated positive outcomes in supervision and consultation.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with a diversity of stakeholders (including consumers).
- Evaluation skills and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including using data and reporting on service outputs and outcomes.
- Demonstrated advanced level of recognised clinical/leadership experience and leadership expertise, Including the ability to undertake professional supervision and promote professional competence in other staff.
- Maintain professional and ethical behaviors in keeping with the standards of the profession and the organisation.
