Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
Due to rapid expansion and growth, Coles Liquor Corporate have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Management Lead to join the team. This is an exciting time to join and leave your legacy, as we expand into new markets with huge potential.
You will support the Key Account Manager to execute the account management plan for the B2B business with a focus on Bulk.
You’ll also:
- Development of reporting & forecasting frameworks
- Improve profitability and ELB penetration of current bulk customer base
- Review sales & profit of existing accounts and implement corrective action where required
- Oversee a strategy to re-engage lost/lapsed customers
- Communicate new developments/marketing opportunities to customer base
- Manage all sales documentation to accurate reporting
- Supporting our BDM’s with sales queries and identifying leads
- Supporting the team on key business initiatives, for example, gifting
**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a commercially minded, results oriented account management professional, with proven success within account and stakeholder management.
Experience in development and delivery of reporting frameworks and insights to drive business performance will be highly regarded.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to work autonomously, take ownership for your space and deliver results with pride
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management and influencing skills
- Previous sales or account management experience within the liquor, hospitality, catering or professional services sector will also be highly beneficial
- A tertiary qualification in a business/marketing related discipline an advantage
