Introduction to the role

Works independently to complete given tasks and activities, solving operational mineral processing issues and focusing on basic mineral process support. Job is mainly performed according to defined processes or work methods. Close supervision is provided when needed.

Main responsibilities
- liaising with clients to determine design requirements
- making recommendations and advising about technology feasibility in achieving customer targets
- undertaking new product research
- developing innovative solutions to problems
- liaising with sales and technical staff
- ensuring adherence to Metso Outotec quality standards
- supporting bench scale and piloting campaigns for equipment sizing
- supporting commissioning and optimization of Metso Outotec equipment on site
- supporting and conducting training in Metso Outotec equipment both internal and external customersTo succeed

Essential
- Relevant Metallurgy, Engineering and/or chemistry Degree
- Valid Drivers licence and Passport
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Intermediate computer literacy in MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of relevant mineral processing unit operations.
- Must be able to travel, both domestically and internationally.
- Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests.
