We have an exciting senior opportunity within our dynamic and talented Creative and Marketing Operations Team. The Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering our multi-channel marketing work, reaching millions of customers every day. If you're passionate about creativity, leadership, and driving impactful campaigns, this is your chance to shine

As Creative Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that our creative work not only supports our low-price leadership strategy but also aligns seamlessly with our brand’s personality. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative and Marketing Operations, you’ll oversee a team of talented Digital Art Directors, helping shape campaigns that are bold, innovative, and effective.

**This is a 12 month fixed term role.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Leading a team of Art Directors**: Ensure that all creative assets effectively communicate our message, are on-brand, and meet campaign objectives.
- **Supporting from concept to completion**: Drive creative briefs from end-to-end, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and strict alignment with our style guide.
- **Setting a high standard**: Maintain and uphold exceptional creative execution, ensuring all campaigns resonate with impact and cohesiveness.

**To thrive in this role, you'll bring**:

- Qualifications in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience working in an agency, studio, or within a creative retail brand environment.
- A strong command of typography, layout, general design principles, and digital best practices.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across various disciplines, both internal and external.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide your team to success.
- Exceptional communication skills — both visual and verbal — with a knack for translating ideas into action.
