Our client, a dynamic organization based in Beresfield, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Permanent Bookkeeper to join their team. With a commitment to excellence and adherence to Australian accounting standards, our client offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper to contribute to their continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Utilize Work in Progress (WIP) accounting techniques to monitor project profitability and expenses.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial data at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Australian standards accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Work in Progress (WIP) accounting is desirable.
