**About the role**:
Mas Nationals Career Development & Programs Consultants deliver specialised pre-employment to various cohorts, all with the aim of getting clients work ready and into the workforce.

Mas Career Development & Programs Consultants also perform the dual role of the Mas Career Advice service which is a free tailored support service to help our clients discover the right career path. By identifying career options, providing impartial advice and personalised support with the assistance of comprehensive screening, testing and job matching tools.

By providing these services through a combination of face to face, phone and electronic means to ensure all Mas clients receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for:

- Facilitating highly engaging pre-employment programs
- Providing one on one career advice and pathway support to clients
- Undertaking business development/customer relationship building
- Admin duties / travelling to other locations and offices if required
- Develop and maintain relevant knowledge of contract requirements
- Work collaboratively with partner organisations

**About you**:

- Genuine desire to have a positive impact by providing career advice.
- Working knowledge in career development and advice
- Experience working with secondary education system / VET sector is highly desirable
- Strong influencing skills / proven written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
