Job Summary:
You will diagnose, service, repair all components of an ATM Machine. You will undertake repairs ensuring that your work is carried out to a high standard, in a timely manner and to an acceptable quality. Ensure that the service levels objectives are met, proactively dealing with any potential issues before they impact our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Identifying, monitoring and resolving re-occurring faults
- Assist in resolving technical escalations
- Repairing of ATM components including labelling, testing, preparation and fitting
- Testing, repairing and utilisation of new ATM Hardware
- Design and set up of testing assembly and jigs
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the company
- Completes repairs to the required standard and within the designated timeline
- Reduce cost, scrap and re-work particular in the repair processes
- Continue to improve the repair process in accordance with the company’s strategy
- Routinely monitor and report own performance to ensure KPI’s are achieved
- Maintaining calibration and maintenance of assigned tools and test equipment
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Development of high quality and highly efficient repairing and maintenance procedures and documentation
- Provide training once suitably experienced

**Qualifications**:

- High Technical aptitude
- Cablers license or similar
- Technical ATM qualifications of various makes and models in the ATM industry Experience
- Extensive Field experience or Second Level Support experience
- Experience in the ATM industry is an advantage
- Electric cabling experience Skills
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical repairs
- Project and Time Management skills
- Trained in meeting challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think and plan strategically
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail and disciplined approach Abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Optimistic and able to identify opportunities even within difficult situations
- Ability to build excellent relationships and manage relationships
