**About the Role**:
As a Trade Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing our company strategies within a designated geographical territory. Your mission will be to boost market share, profitability, and volume while encouraging positive relationships with both internal and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive state volume, share, and profit targets through strategic resource utilization and ROI principles.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective targets, owning your performance and contributing to a culture of high-performance teamwork.
- Cultivate long-term commercial relationships with key customers, demonstrating trust and credibility for mutual benefit.
- Use market insights to develop and complete initiatives that give us a competitive edge.
- Lead by example, embodying our company's leadership capabilities and encouraging excellence within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in FMCG.
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

**REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS**

You will receive a competitive remuneration package from AUD 76K and minimum 10.5% superannuation. Other benefits include company car and fuel, health and wellbeing allowance, and social events
