$24 - $27 per hour + 25% casual loading

We are looking for passionate Educators who deliver engaging, quality programs and create a positive environment for children to learn and thrive. Work within a supportive team with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth and development.

We have both permanent and casual positions available with an hourly salary depending on qualification.

**About You**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
- Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
- Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

**Qualifications required**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood/Children’s services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification

**About the centre**
YMCA Kororoit Creek ELC is a 84 place Centre located in the community hub which also incorporates Kingswim. Our vibrant Early Learning Centre incorporates modern and progressive teaching practices which embeds the Early Learning Years Framework. Working in alignment with YMCA Victoria's philosophy, our ELC setting prides itself in teaching a calm and structured learning environment where children are exposed to high quality education.
