About the Role: As the Organisational Capability and Learning Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives across Sundale. You’ll assess workforce capability, drive talent and succession planning, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for leading a small team and contributing to enterprise-wide transformation.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement workforce capability and talent development strategies.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs across leadership, onboarding, and compliance.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Embed a Capability Framework aligned with adult learning principles and business goals.
- Drive cultural change and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support strategic projects under the guidance of the Chief People Officer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven senior leadership experience in Learning and Development or organisational capability roles.
- Expertise in leadership development, capability frameworks, and blended learning design.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact.
- Aged care or health industry experience is highly desirable.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, education, or behavioural sciences
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Accreditation in coaching, change management, or behavioural tools (desirable)
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment.
