The **Deal Advisory Tax** team is a market leading, dynamic, fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. **Your Opportunity**
We are looking for a Director with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the team - someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.
You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your work will include:
- Tax due diligence
- Structuring, including advice on deal structures
- Transaction document review
- Post-deal integration
- Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
