**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions. This role involves close collaboration with different teams to ensure our data capabilities are supporting the needs of the business. A strong grasp of data governance practices is critical.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, create, and maintain databases and data systems utilizing SQL, PowerBI, and Python.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand abnormalities.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions using PowerBI.
- Transform raw data into actionable business insights, key business metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and ensure alignment on requirements.
- Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across the organization.
- Continuously optimize and streamline data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis.
- Assist in regulatory and compliance efforts related to data usage and privacy.

**MUST HAVE Skills**:

- 2+ years in Data Analytics experience
- SQL queries
- Power BI
- Python programming language
- Experience with data governance practices and principles
