**Permanent Part Time - 45.6 hours per fortnight**

An opportunity has arisen to provide operational supervision and leadership to Early Years Teachers and Educators at Macedon Ranges Shire run Kindergartens.

A key focus of this position is to provide pedagogical leadership to Teachers and Educators through on-site coaching and mentoring. In addition, this position ensures legislation, regulations, quality standards and compulsory training requirements are met at Council run kindergarten services. The incumbent will also work with kindergarten parent volunteers and support the Coordinator to implement service improvement initiatives.

The position is for 22.8 hours a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Applicants are required to hold a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood with some relevant experience OR a less formal qualification with substantial experience in early years services. Applicants are also required to hold a current Working with Children’s Check or VIT registration prior to commencement, and be willing to undergo a National Police check.

Interviews will be conducted week commencing 17 April.

Note: Under the Victorian Government Pandemic Orders, it is mandatory for some worker groups to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations and proof of this will be requested.
