We at TAP PLAY WIN are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic supervisor to join our operation in Perth.

TAP PLAY WIN are the largest claw machine operator in Australia, running over 2,000 machines across all states and territories.

**About the Job**

You’ll divide your time between the office, the warehouse, and being out on the road, ensuring that the operation is running smoothly and the team are set up to succeed. You’ll be responsible for a small team of staff and our WA machines, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the operation and liaising with the National Operations Team.

No two days are the same when you work with us so you’ll always be learning, but we also provide both full training and ongoing support throughout your time with us to enable you to grow and be challenged.

You’ll work Monday-Friday, and we provide a company van for you to carry out your duties.

Experience managing a team (no matter the size) is essential, and experience with merchandising or in a warehouse is a plus, but we look for character over experience so if you’re a problem-solver who can think logically and communicate well, we’d love to hear from you.

**Essential Requirements**
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia (Working Holiday and Student Visa not suitable)
- Driving licence (P-platers and International licences accepted)
- Availability Monday-Friday daytime
- Experience leading a team

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Public holidays
