**About Us**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations Team at our North Suburbs facility in Melbourne. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in overseeing all stock movements, ensuring the efficient receipt of incoming shipments, and the accurate shipping of customer orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy.
- Prepare and organize customer orders for shipping.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse space.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Forklift License.
- Experience on a high reach forklift is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions - both verbally and via documented processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook and Excel.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position.
- Monday to Saturday availability.

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Broadmeadows, VIC 3047: Relocate before starting work (required)
