Your New Role
This role all about presenting our products in a way that will attract and engage customers in making their purchase more personable and relatable. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards across a selected group of stores in and around the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and South Australia, ensuring presentation is at its optimum in order to maximise sales and add on's. You will support sales and profit growth by working with the Store Manager to ensure new products are displayed as per range presenter instructions, driving a customer and results-orientated visual merchandising standard, and identifying visual merchandising opportunities to support growth in sales. You will be Victoria based with regional and interstate travel required.
About You
Reporting to the Area Leader, you will have a certificate in visual retailing combined with a minimum of 5 years general retail experience. Technically, you should have experience in CAD and high levels of Microsoft Office experience. With strong communication skills and previous experience visual merchandising, you will be looking for an exciting role where you can mould and shape the customers experience in our stores.
