**Accounts Officer**

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounts Officer is responsible for providing high level financial support and advice to the Service Delivery Managers and Departments. The role of the Accounts Officer is to help ensure the efficient daily operation of the Finance Department. They direct and coordinate activities of the Finance Department to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel by performing a range of duties.

The role requires the incumbent to keep themselves abreast of the various rules, regulations, policies, procedures and legislative requirements as they relate to the business community, the bus Industry and the environment that Donric Group operates.

To become a valued member of our team, you will need:

- Cert IV in Accounting (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Microsoft office skills, especially in excel
- Time management and the ability to multitask
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer relationship skills
- Take ownership of tasks and meet regular deadlines
- Attention to detail and willingness to tackle new challenges

Some of the duties that this opportunity will gain experience in, include but are not limited to:
**-Accounts Payable and Receivable**

**-Payroll Processing**
**- Reconciliation of banking, petty cash, credit cards and staff reimbursements**
**- Preparation of BAS**
**- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting**
**- Data entry and spreadsheets**
**- Admin duties where necessary**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 28 per week
