An excellent career opportunity exists for a Customer Service Superstar to join our Guest Services Reception team Tabcorp Park.

We are more than just racing We are a unique seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB. We are committed to providing high standards of excellence in racing, hospitality and customer service.

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for Receptionists who will show a genuine interest in our guests, taking ownership of requests and being proactive to ensure our guests have a great stay with us from the moment they check in until they check out. This position is responsible for ensuring that Tabcorp Park delivers a 10/10 customer service experience for all of our guests.

Duties include:

- Being the first point of call for all incoming phone calls and enquiries for Tabcorp Park.
- Creating hotel bookings
- Guest Check In and Out
- Generating guest Accounts
- General Administration / Secretarial duties

**WHAT YOU NEED**

You will be highly motivated and well-groomed professional and be responsible for helping provide our guests with a 10 out of 10 customer service experience. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to continuous improvement and is passionate about the customer

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- Prior experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
- Professional presentation
- A Genuine passion for customer service with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Understanding of hotel reservation system (preferably Mantra Hotels)
- Availability to work on a rotating roster of morning and evening shifts, including weekends
